I would not knock Han Feizi as he understood human nature much more than Confucius ever did and much more influential through Chinese history. It always amuse me liberals always make the distinction of "Rule by Law" and "Rule of Law" when talking about China. China has been "Rule by Law" for 2 millennia and now is trying to establish rule of law for what, last 10 years?. The People's Republic is now at the 64th anniversary, while slavery is still the rule of law in U.S. at this point. Manning will be sentenced to 60 years by the rule of law or rule by law? Is David Miranda's detention in Heathrow Airport by antiterrorist law a rule by law or rule of law?
