Does the Tao accept personal inflicted suicide? How do I deal with it?

Mariesol,
I think a Taoist would generally be against self-inflicted suicide, especially by a physically fit person. Suicide based on some sense of lack of accomplishment or loneliness would be rejected by a Taoist: these are simply a part of Way, to be accepted, even embraced. Suicide is too active, too much an intervention in the natural unfolding of things. Life should simply be lived, however it is.
